Your order is not confirmed until Divina Italian Design acknowledges its acceptance. We must receive and process payment before accepting an order.

Please review your order carefully before submission, as Divina Italian Design may not be able to accommodate cancellation requests after acceptance. In case of refusal, change, or cancellation of an order, we will notify you via the email, billing address and/or telephone number provided at the time of order submission.

Your purchases are subject to return or exchange solely in accordance with our Refund Policy.

You declare and warrant that you are purchasing for personal or household use and not for resale or export.

PRICING AND BILLING Prices, discounts, and offers are subject to change without notice. The price charged for a product or service will be the actual price at the time the order is submitted, and will be displayed in the order confirmation email.

PAYMENTS Accepted payment methods are credit cards, which you can use via PayPal or Stripe.

If you choose PayPal, you will be redirected to PayPal's site where you can pay with a card or by logging into your PayPal account.

If you choose Stripe, you can directly enter your card details on the payment page.

Our prices include VAT.

The official currency of Divina Italian Design’s website is the Euro. For countries outside the Eurozone, exchange rates depend on those applied by your credit card provider and the payment method used.

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY We are not responsible for shipping or delivery delays. All delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by couriers, customs procedures, or events beyond our control. Once products are handed to the courier, ownership and risk of loss transfer to you.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY Our Services, including but not limited to trademarks, branding, texts, displays, images, graphics, product reviews, video and audio, as well as their design, selection, and arrangement, are owned by Divina Italian Design, its affiliates or licensors and are protected by U.S. and international intellectual property laws.

These Terms permit you to use the Services for personal, non-commercial use only. You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, copy, publicly display or perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any Service material without our written consent.
